Prince Philip On Design & Prince Charles On The Future Of Mankind...

Prince Philip On Design
Prince Charles On The Future Of Mankind
Prince Andrew On Rubiks' Cube

Having grown up in the United States, I have always been fascinated with the British Monarchy–particularly since so much U.S. culture is based upon British culture including our language. I remember when I was a child watching TV shows and movies like Chitty, Chitty, Bang Bang and Willie Wonka In The Chocolate Factory that mixed characters with British accents with characters with American Accents.

Duke Of Edinburgh, Prince Philip who is married to Queen Elizabeth is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of his Prince Philip Designers Prize which celebrates great design. Prince Philip gave this fascinating interview which I thought I would share with you.

Don't forget that Rolex was born in London, England and Prince Philip's uncle, Lord Mountbatten was a big Rolex fan and his son Prince Andrew (Duke Of York) has worn his trademark Platinum Day-Date for decades.

Prince Charles who is the Prince Of Wales gave this utterly fascinating speech on the future of mankind and spoke in great detail about the value and power of long-term thinking. I have always been a conversationalist so I always enjoy great interviews.

I think that when you grow up being familiar with certain public figures like the Prince Of Wales or other actors and politicians they seem to be a part of your extended family. After all the root of the word family is familiar. As I grow older, and move down the conveyer-belt of life, it is fascinating to see people I am familiar with, like Prince Charles also grow older and wiser. Enjoy!!!

I thought I would include this Robert Frost interview of Prince Andrew, Duke Of York. Prince Andrew has worn his trademark Rolex Day-Date for decades.
