1926, which was 100 years ago, was a seminal year for Rolex as they launched their most innovative watch, which was the Rolex Oyster, but in the same year, Rolex founder, Hans Wilsdorf, also launched his Tudor brand, and in the image below we see the original "THE TUDOR" trademark registration.
